We're looking to add to our team of organized, detail-focused people who help us make this run smoothly.  We'll keep you interested with varied tasks across our product line:

Responsibilities in the Replacements Department

• Pull products and ship them to customers 
• Sort through customer returns 
• Run returned products through a series of tests to verify their functionality
• Update testing documentation for all our new and existing products
• Monitor ebay stock quantities for refurbished listings. 
• Perform product reworks, such as firmware updates, new packing, or adding new accessories to existing products
• Prepare products for sale in other countries by changing out the included power cord
• Sweep, break down boxes, and dispose of trash/recycling into their proper dumpsters
• Respond to the doorbell and assist our carriers performing their pickups 
• Various basic warehouse duties to include loading, unloading and product organization

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of creating shipping labels
• Be able to tell the difference between different ports on a laptop
• General knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac OS
• Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis as required

Compensation:

In the spirit of wage transparency, the base salary range for this position is $19-21/hr. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education and geographic location. We believe in the importance of pay equity and also consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Benefits, bonuses, and other discretionary pay may be provided as part of the total compensation package
